Coloured and Crazy Contact Lens talk

When talking about fashion and beauty nowadays, contact lens is one thing that you should not miss out. Contact lenses originally are for those who are having eye defects, but now with the many different color contact lenses and big eye contact lenses, they become an important part of the fashion and beauty category.

Actually, most of the color or big eye contact lenses are products from Japan and Korea. To admit that most of the designs fit Asian and not all the designs fit westerners. Therefore, you have to choose carefully, otherwise, you may look weird and unnatural after putting on such contact lenses.

If you are Caucasian, you are likely to have light colored eyes (we should say iris actually). It will be extremely strange for you to wear the big eye contact lenses because they are usually black and dark brown. This doesn't mean that they will look bad... The black and dark brown circles will make a clear cut between your light colored eye and the dark circles, that makes you look unnatural.

Though big eye contact lenses may not be suitable for you, you can still choose colored contact lenses. Actually you can pick many different colors such as blue, green, purple, brown, etc. Available in many brands and styles with different numbers of tones. You have more choices to mix and match your colored contact lenses with your clothes and hair.

If you are male, don't think that contact lenses are simply a product for girls. Many guys wear contact lenses as well!

When considering funky or crazy contact lenses, don't underestimate the dramatic effect a simple pair of contact lenses can make. Your eyes speak volumes and your eyes alone can completely make a Halloween costume. Fantasy lenses are a great party accessory.

Remember though, while it is great fun to wear colored contact lenses, you must remember to follow proper procedure. Firstly never sleep with them, and always remove them before going to bed. The pigmentation in the contact lenses reduces the oxygen transmissibility to your cornea. Also, as the curve of such contact lenses is usually standardized, it may not actually fit your eyes. It is advised by doctors not to wear the heavy pigmented ones for more than two hours a day.
